We accept returns on undamaged products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and a receipt or gift receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns are only accepted within the United States.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

13. WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective item, we will repair or replace it. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, you will be eligible for a full refund upon returning the item. We will cover shipping costs for replacements; however, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Rubiela currently ships only within the United States.
